The role
Are you passionate about building customer relationships and identifying new business opportunities? Do you enjoy engaging with customers and partners to help them achieve better business outcomes? Are you motivated by sales growth, customer success, and working in a collaborative regional team?
You will join the APAC Inside Sales Team, a regional team focused on driving revenue growth through customer and partner engagement, business development, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities. The team works closely with sales, vendor, and services teams across the region to deliver an exceptional customer experience
As an Inside Account Manager, you will support customer and partner growth across Southeast Asia by building strong relationships, generating opportunities, supporting renewals, and identifying new ways to deliver value through our solutions and services. You will work closely with account teams and internal stakeholders to ensure customers and partners receive a seamless experience throughout their journey with us

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners through phone, email, digital platforms, and virtual meetings.
- Generate new business opportunities and support sales activities, including lead follow-up and pipeline management
- Support customer retention and renewal activities while identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities
- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams to support account plans and customer needs
- Help customers understand relevant solutions and connect them with the right internal specialists
- Contribute to delivering a positive and consistent customer and partner experience
