Information Risk Manager (Reporting & Analytics)

We’re looking for a Manager of Information Risk Metrics, Reporting & Analytics to join our Governance, Risk and Compliance team at MBPS. This role sits within the Global Information Risk Management function.
The Manager, Information Risk Metrics, Reporting & Analytics is a key individual contributor within the Global Information Risk Management (IRM) team. The role is responsible for designing, building, and automating IRM metrics, dashboards, and analytics – including AI/LLM‑enabled solutions – to support the Chief Risk Officer (CRO), executive management, and Board risk committees.
The incumbent will develop and maintain standardized IRM reporting, enable data‑driven risk decision‑making, and drive automation and efficiency across IRM data, reporting, and analytics processes. The role is highly hands‑on and collaborates closely with IRM domain leads, Technology, and Analytics/Automation teams, but does not have people management responsibilities.
Position Responsibilities:

Own the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual IRM reporting for the CRO, executive management, and Board risk committees.

Design, maintain, and enhance standardized IRM metrics, KPIs, and KRIs aligned to IRM policies, frameworks, and risk appetite.

Translate complex technical and risk data into clear narratives and visualizations tailored for senior and Board-level stakeholders.

Lead the automation of IRM reporting and analytics, including data extraction, transformation, and dashboard refreshes.

Develop and maintain automated processes for collecting, validating, and analyzing IRM data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.

Design and implement AI- and LLM-driven monitoring workflows to identify trends, anomalies, and emerging information risk areas.

Support Risk and Technology Tooling teams with data ingestion, clean-up, mapping, validation, and dashboard/report development.

Conduct data profiling, testing, cleaning, and data quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of IRM metrics and reports.

Document key processes, procedures, data definitions, and data flows for IRM metrics, reporting, analytics, and automation.

Collaborate with IRM domain leads, Technology partners, and business risk owners to refine metrics, train stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement and efficiency in IRM reporting and analytics.
Required Qualifications:
-
Around 5 years of relevant experience in information risk, technology risk, cybersecurity, data analytics, reporting, or related disciplines.

Experience in the financial services, insurance, or other highly regulated environments preferred.

Strong skills in Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.

Experience with Azure, Databricks, or similar cloud data platforms.

Experience using AI, Copilot, or automation technologies to drive reporting and analytics efficiencies.

Working knowledge of Python, R, SQL, or similar analytical tools.

Understanding of data management, data quality, and reporting processes.

Strong communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights for senior leaders.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables with minimal supervision.
