Impex Team Leader
Responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations within a PEZA-registered environment (Lima Technology Center). This role ensures compliance with PEZA and customs regulations, oversees shipping activities (small/heavy parcel), and leads a team to deliver efficient and timely logistics operations.

Impex Team Leader
Responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations within a PEZA-registered environment (Lima Technology Center). This role ensures compliance with PEZA and customs regulations, oversees shipping activities (small/heavy parcel), and leads a team to deliver efficient and timely logistics operations.
About The Job
- Oversee daily import/export activities, shipment planning, and coordination with forwarders, brokers, and carriers.
- Ensure proper processing of PEZA permits (IP, EP, LOA) and maintain audit-ready documentation in line with regulations.
- Manage air, and sea shipments, ensuring cost efficiency, accuracy, and on-time delivery.
- Supervise Import, Export, Small Parcel, and PEZA processing teams; manage workload, performance, and development.
- Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth logistics and strong service performance.
- Ensure accuracy of shipping documents and provide regular performance and compliance reports.
- Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associate degree, two-year technical/trade degree, or equivalent preferred
- Five to seven years of experience
- Previous experience supporting logistics
- Strong experience in PEZA operations and compliance is advantage
- Preferable with knowledge of customs regulations, shipping processes, and SAP
- Proficient in MS Office
- Strong communication skills
- High attention to detail
