Job Description
Myvan Holdings, Inc. is looking for a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Staff to support the company's HR operations across recruitment, employee relations, records management, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and pre-employment requirements
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and personnel files while ensuring confidentiality
Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, memorandums, certifications, notices, and other employee-related documentation
Assist in employee engagement, performance management, training, and company activities
Monitor attendance, leave records, probationary evaluations, and other HR reports as assigned
Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements, employee concerns, and HR-related matters
Ensure compliance with company policies, labor regulations, and internal HR procedures
Support HR administrative functions, including government compliance, documentation, and other HR projects
Perform other duties as assigned and support additional HR, administrative, and organizational initiatives necessary for the efficient operation and continuous growth of the company

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in Recruitment, Employee Relations, or HR Administration is an advantage
- Knowledge of Philippine Labor Code and HR practices is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS or ERP systems is an advantage
