The HRBP supports the organization by developing and implementing people strategies that drive business performance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Must have a degree in Psychology, Human Resources or related field.
- Strong understanding of retail business operations and workforce challenges.
- Expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and compliance.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills to work effectively with retail leaders and employees.
- Ability to analyze HR metrics and use data-driven insights to inform decisions.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Relevant HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR) is an advantage but not required.
- Willing to be assigned in Dasmarinas Cavite.
