We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented HR Staff member with a strong foundation in Labor Laws and Compensation & Benefits (CompBen). In this role, you will handle day-to-day statutory contributions, benefits processing, payroll coordination, and ensure company policies comply with current labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare data for payroll, government contributions, and leaves.
  • Handle health insurance, allowances, and government benefit claims.
  • Answer staff questions about pay, payslips, benefits, and loans.
  • File required reports to government agencies and assist with audits.
  • Keep employee files updated and strictly confidential.
  • Explain company rules and labor guidelines to staff.
  • Help prepare legal notices and schedule meetings for employee issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or Legal Management.
  • 13 years in HR focused on Compensation, Benefits, and Labor Laws.
  • Good knowledge of labor laws, skilled in MS Excel and payroll systems, organized, and reliable with sensitive data.
