- Support recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
- Support recruitment processes, maintain HRIS, handle payroll, and assist in employee relations.
- Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
- Facilitate training programs and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
- Provides training for Marketing Team
- Provides assistance, training improvement for Marketing Team how to close a deal
- Provide assistance for editing Photos and Videos
- Suggest how to improve the company as a Team, assist all employees for the Task and guidance
- Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2 year and up of relevant experience in HR roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, and benefits management.
- Working Conditions: Typically office-based with a collaborative team environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, financial literacy, ability to manage people, and a commitment to training and development.
