  • Support recruitment processes, including job postings and screening candidates.
  • Support recruitment processes, maintain HRIS, handle payroll, and assist in employee relations.
  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
  • Facilitate training programs and performance evaluations.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Provide support in payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Maintain a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.
  • Provides training for Marketing Team
  • Provides assistance, training improvement for Marketing Team how to close a deal
  • Provide assistance for editing Photos and Videos
  • Suggest how to improve the company as a Team, assist all employees for the Task and guidance
  • Educational Qualifications: Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 2 year and up of relevant experience in HR roles.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in recruiting, HRIS, employee relations, payroll, and benefits management.
  • Working Conditions: Typically office-based with a collaborative team environment.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, financial literacy, ability to manage people, and a commitment to training and development.
