Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping new hires succeed? TalentPop App is looking for an HR Specialist (Onboarding) to lead and manage the onboarding experience, ensuring that new team members are smoothly integrated into our dynamic company.

Are you detail-oriented, proactive, and passionate about helping new hires succeed? TalentPop App is looking for an HR Specialist (Onboarding) to lead and manage the onboarding experience, ensuring that new team members are smoothly integrated into our dynamic company.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they’re well-prepared and informed.
- Conduct live training sessions and assist with paperwork to guide new hires through their onboarding tasks.
- Collaborate with the Customer Success Manager to streamline onboarding for both agents and clients.
- Provide regular updates to the Team Lead and Recruitment Manager to ensure alignment.
- Assist with client onboarding tasks when needed.
- 1–2 years of experience in Customer Service Onboarding.
- 3–5 years of experience in the BPO Customer Service industry.
- Virtual Assistant experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in E-Commerce tools like Gorgias, Shopify, Zendesk, Re, and Freshdesk (required).
- Familiarity with CRM and project management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to coach and engage others effectively.
- Reliable internet connection (20 Mbps minimum for both upload and download speeds).
- Proficiency with Gmail and Slack.
