- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Support employee relations initiatives and assist in resolving workplace conflicts.
- Manage HRIS to ensure accurate employee records and HR data.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs and address related inquiries.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 13 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
