Responsibilities

  • Handles recruitment on assigned areas
  • Take charge in deployment of new employees to include orientation of policies and other related processes
  • Endorses new employees to respective heads
  • Employee Engagement
  • Assists in Disciplinary Due Process
  • Ensures handled areas/departments are well-heard and accommodated
  • Submits reports relating to functions
  • Takes part and collaborates in Organizational developments

Qualifications

  • Preferably Psychology graduate or equivalent
  • With or without experience in the field
  • Effective communication skills both oral and written
  • Must be a people person
  • A background in Industrial/Organizational field and Labor Standard is an advantage
  • Can work well in a team
  • No issue in travelling across PH
