- Assist in recruitment processes, including screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
- Support onboarding and training programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and performance evaluations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in employee relations.

- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with standard hours; may involve occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Professional demeanor, proactive attitude, and the ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
