Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience Level: 02 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a team and contribute to group goals.
  • Working Conditions: Available to work flexible schedules including evenings and weekends.
