Sizanid Staffing is seeking an experienced and strategic Head of HR / HR Manager to lead and oversee the company’s human resources operations. This role is responsible for driving HR initiatives, supporting organizational growth, and fostering a high-performing, engaged, and collaborative workforce.

The ideal candidate is a proactive HR leader with strong experience in employee relations, talent management, compliance, performance management, and organizational development. This individual will work closely with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives while ensuring operational excellence across all HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the HR department, setting strategic direction and ensuring alignment with Sizanid Staffing’s objectives.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies based on business needs, ensuring timely hiring for critical roles.
  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics and recruitment KPIs to support strategic decision-making and operational improvements.
  • Drive performance management processes, including evaluations, feedback collection, goal alignment, and employee development planning.
  • Oversee core HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee transfers, promotions, and workforce administration.
  • Assist with payroll coordination, benefits administration, audits, investigations, and HR reporting requirements.
  • Maintain and optimize HR systems and records to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, training programs, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices to minimize organizational risk.
  • Manage employee relations matters by addressing concerns, resolving workplace issues, and promoting a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Handle sensitive employee matters and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and company growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required; Master’s degree or HR certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Proven experience managing multiple HR functions within staffing, recruitment, or fast-paced service-based environments.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance standards, employee relations, and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms, ATS systems, payroll coordination, reporting, and HR analytics.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities with strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and leadership levels.
  • Ability to manage confidential information with integrity, professionalism, and sound judgment.
