About the Role:
Asa CBRE Handyman, you will perform preventivemaintenance and corrective repair to various structures throughout multiplecommercial facilities.
This job is part ofthe Engineering and Technical Services job function. They are responsible forproviding support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment andsystems.
What You’ll Do: Perform various home repairs and maintenance tasks Specialize in carpentry, plumbing, and painting Install, repair, and replace fixtures and appliances Conduct general maintenance and upkeep of properties Troubleshoot and fix problems with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems Work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently
