Growth Marketing & AI Automation Specialist (Remote)

RevCats and Rocket Hire are seeking an experienced marketing professional who can build, launch, and optimize complete go-to-market campaigns that generate leads, automate client acquisition, and support business growth.

This role goes beyond running ads or sending emails. We are looking for someone who understands how to design and manage the entire customer acquisition process--from audience targeting and lead generation through follow-up, nurturing, conversion, and automation.

Responsibilities

Go-to-Market Campaign Development

• Plan, build, and manage complete go-to-market campaigns
• Develop client acquisition strategies for new services and offers
• Create and optimize automated lead generation and conversion workflows
• Design customer journeys that move prospects through every stage of the acquisition process
  
  

Paid Advertising

• Build and manage Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager
• Test audiences, creatives, offers, and campaign structures
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for lead quality and return on investment
  
  

Outbound Marketing

• Create and manage cold email campaigns
• Build prospecting sequences and lead nurturing workflows
• Improve deliverability, response rates, and conversion performance
  
  

AI Automation & Systems

• Build and train custom AI agents
• Create AI-powered automations that improve marketing, recruiting, and operational workflows
• Implement automated client acquisition stages using AI, CRM platforms, and workflow automation tools
• Identify manual processes that can be automated and scaled
  
  

Qualifications

• Experience creating and managing complete go-to-market campaigns
• Experience building automated client acquisition funnels and workflows
• Proven experience with Meta advertising campaigns
• Experience managing cold email outreach campaigns
• Experience building AI agents and AI-powered business automations
• Familiarity with OpenAI, Claude, Zapier, Make, n8n, GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar platforms
• Strong analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent written English communication skills

• Fully remote position

• Starting compensation: $500/month
