GHRSS Administrator (Onboarding)

What You’ll Do

This role will provide HR administrative back-office support including HR system on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the long-term development of HR Shared Service functions. Supporting the HRS in providing a comprehensive HR service to HR clients, managers and staff within the organization

Essential Functions

Cultivate a Positive Work Environment:

HRMS Data Management

• Perform and facilitate accurate HRMS entries for managers and employees.
• Validate HR data to ensure completeness and correctness.
  
  
  

Data Integrity Maintenance

• Maintain the integrity and security of HRMS data.
• Safeguard employee personal information and ensure accuracy of records.
  
  
  

Record Keeping And Reporting

• Maintain up‑to‑date employee personal records.
• Support the retrieval, preparation, and reporting of HR‑related information.
  
  
  

Process Documentation And Improvement

• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of business process documentation.
• Participate in process improvement efforts to increase operational efficiency.
  
  
  

Employee Engagement

• Support and help drive internal employee engagement activities.
• Work collaboratively to develop and execute engagement initiatives that support a positive culture.
  
  
  

Support HRS Projects And Programs

• Assist in the execution of HRS initiatives, projects, and programs.
• Collaborate with the HRS team to ensure successful implementation and delivery of shared services.
  
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
• Good communication skills - both verbal and written
• Computer literate and able to do simple Excel actions
• Strong attention to details.
• Must be willing to work on night/rotating shift
• Must be willing to work in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
