What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring alignment between candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, including resumes, interview guides, and evaluation forms
  • Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when required and manage related logistics
  • Process expense reimbursements in line with company policies
  • Manage scheduling requests using case management tools, hiring/onboarding systems, and MS Outlook
  • Maintain accurate records and track interview scheduling metrics
  • Deliver a seamless and positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Represent the organization professionally, reinforcing a strong employer brand
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support updates to documentation and workflows
  • Escalate complex scheduling or operational issues to appropriate stakeholders for resolution
  • Participate in cross-training initiatives to support other functional areas as needed
  • Collaborate with team members and HR/TA partners to improve scheduling efficiency
  • Support additional tasks, ad hoc duties, and special projects to enhance hiring operations and effectiveness


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Customer Service, or a Shared Services environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using various technology platforms (e.g., HRMS, case management systems, applicant tracking systems, Microsoft Office Suite)
  • Demonstrated professionalism, flexibility, and ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Proven ability to manage a high caseload while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and resourcefulness in creating effective interview itineraries despite scheduling challenges
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and willingness to collaborate and share knowledge
  • Flexibility to support and rotate across different HR Services workstreams as needed
  • Willingness to work night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
  • Willingness to work onsite in Tanauan, Batangas (First Philippine Industrial Park)
  • Knowledge of U.S. labor laws, including recruitment and selection, disability management, compensation, benefits, and data privacy
