- Assist in managing travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Handle expense reimbursements and maintain financial records for travel expenditures.
- Ensure compliance with travel policies and guidelines.
- Provide support in budgeting and financial reporting related to travel activities.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers to optimize travel services.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a financial or administrative role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
