Description

  • Manage financial transactions and budgeting processes for the organization.
  • Coordinate and arrange travel logistics for employees, ensuring cost-efficiency and compliance.
  • Prepare financial reports and travel expense reports for management review.
  • Monitor travel and financial policies to maintain adherence and identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in supplier negotiation and vendor management related to travel services.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience Level:35 years of relevant experience in financial management and travel coordination
  • Skills and Competencies:Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Qualities and Traits:Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Responsibilities and Duties:Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Working Conditions:Flexible working hours with occasional travel required
