Financial Accountant (Regulatory Reporting)

Major Duties:

Prepares and reviews regulatory reports for various EMEA entities

Prepares and reviews daily monitoring for various EMEA entities
-
Acts as a key contact for various internal partners with the ability to communicate succinctly and interpret regulatory and financial results.

Recommend and implements process improvements identified in day to day work.

Perform various analyses to assess the impact of changes in regulations, new business etc.

Work with various internal and external partners on cross-function processes or projects providing analytical and procedurally represent the team.

Develop in-depth knowledge of all regulatory reporting systems and demonstrate the ability and the desire to share the knowledge in the form of training to lower level staff.
Knowledge:
-
Thorough business and technical accounting knowledge, acquired through 2-4 years of corporate or industry experience.

Experience in audit, regulatory or statutory financial reporting with a large organization an advantage.

Ability to meet strict deadlines by multi-tasking and prioritizing various assigned deliverables.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Requires attention to detail and solid documentation techniques.
Experience:
-
Undergraduate degree in Accounting is required. MBA or other advanced degree a plus.

CPA certification strongly preferred.
