Finance and Accounting Manager (Bataan)

The Finance and Accounting Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the Finance Department to ensure accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and efficient credit and collection management. The role ensures compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and Group Management standards.

The Financial Manager is also responsible for maintaining effective communication and coordination with the Head Office by ensuring timely submission of required reports, proactive follow-up on operational and financial concerns, and alignment across departments to support streamlined processes and improved organizational efficiency.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee financial reporting, month-end/year-end closing, and budget monitoring
• Manage payables, receivables, credit approvals, and collections
• Ensure accuracy of financial documents and compliance with internal controls
• Provide financial analysis to support management decision-making
• Lead and supervise the Finance team

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• At least 5 years experience as a Finance Manager
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and internal controls
• Proficient in Google Workspace applications (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, etc.)
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• CPA or MBA is an advantage
• Incumbent will be assigned in Balanga, Bataan
