The Field Marketing Services Specialist for Bread Business drives agency governance and merchandising excellence across Modern Trade accounts, ensuring high standards in product availability, visibility, and in-store execution. This role partners with agencies to deliver compliant, efficient, and performance-driven merchandising operations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Manage agency governance, including SLA compliance, performance monitoring, and resolution of operational gaps
- Drive in-store merchandising excellence by ensuring availability, visibility, planogram compliance, and promotion execution
- Partner with agencies to build capability, optimize manpower deployment, and improve productivity
- Lead audits, reporting, and performance tracking using scorecards and KPI-driven evaluations

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in field marketing, merchandising, or FMCG operations
- Strong background in agency management and governance
- Proven experience in modern trade execution and merchandising standards
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for field audits and store visits
