About the Role:
As a CBRE Facilities Helpdesk, you will be responsible forproviding timely and effective support to staff and users regardingfacilities-related issues, including maintenance requests, repairs, and otherfacility-related concerns.

This includescoordinating maintenance, repairs, and renovations, as well as managingfacilities-related projects, vendors, work orders and purchase orders.

What You’ll Do: Respond to and resolve facilities-related queries and issues via phone, email, and in-preson. Manage and prioritize maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion. Coordinate with internal teams (maintenance, security, housekeeping) to resolve issues. Provide information and guidance on facilities policies, procedures, and services. Monitor and report on facilities-related issues, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Maintain accurate records of requests, issues, and resolutions.

About you:
Bachelor's Degree or Vocational Graduate of any related course Has at least 2 years of work experience as FacilityHelpdesk Has background in Facilities Management Operations Proficient in MS Office Applications and ticketing sytem Amenable to work on a shifting schedule, 6 days a week, weekends/ holidays Can start ASAP
