Facilities and Maintenance Engineer Lipa

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

 Must be a Licensed Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer

 At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities management, building maintenance, and utilities

operations, or manufacturing plant maintenance

 Knowledgeable in preventive and corrective maintenance of building facilities, equipment, and utility systems

systems

 Knowledgeable in PEZA regulations, facility compliance requirements, permit management, and

Coordination with government agencies is an advantage

 Familiar with HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire protection systems, and other building systems

infrastructure

 Well-versed in occupational safety and health standards, environmental regulations, and facility

compliance requirements

 Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering specifications

 Experience in managing contractors and service providers is an advantage

 Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills

 Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and maintenance management systems

 Possesses excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills

 Capable of managing multiple priorities while meeting deadlines

 Willing to render support during emergency maintenance situations and plant facility concerns
