What You'll Do:
Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, travel arrangements, and daily priorities
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners to schedule meetings and follow up on action items
Prepare presentations, meeting notes, reports, and other business documents
Screen and manage emails, ensuring urgent matters are prioritized and addressed promptly
Track ongoing projects and help ensure deadlines and commitments are met
Organize leadership meetings, client discussions, and company events
Handle travel bookings, expense claims, and other executive administrative tasks
Maintain confidential documents and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
Support general office coordination and assist with ad hoc projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
2–3 years of experience supporting senior leadership, founders, or C-level executives
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Strong verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work independently and confidently make day-to-day decisions
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and presentation tools
Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
Familiarity with project management tools such as Notion, Asana, or Monday.com
Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or consulting companies is a plus
