What You’ll Do
- Own calendars, inboxes, and priorities across time zones
- Execute research and high-impact projects
- Create presentations and executive-ready content
- Coordinate with global stakeholders
- Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
What We’re Looking For
- Strong English communication skills
- Highly organized and proactive
- Detail-oriented and tech-savvy (Google Workspace, Mac, AI tools)
- Available full-time (40 hrs/week), often U.S. hours
- Fully dedicated to one role
Location & Setup
- Based within 80 km of our Cavite Hub
- Able to report onsite when required
- Includes 2 weeks of onsite onboarding + ongoing training sessions
Compensation & Benefits
During Training (up to 6 weeks):
- PHP 30,000 allowance (paid weekly)
- HMO coverage starting Week 3
Upon Client Match:
- Earn up to PHP 46,000/month (paid weekly)
- HMO (PHP 200,000 coverage + 1 dependent)

Requirements
- Reliable WFH setup
- Minimum 30 Mbps internet
