Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and executive support to senior management.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and meeting minutes.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Monitor office supplies and assist with general office operations.
  • Organize events, meetings, and business-related activities.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the hotel industry is required.
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
