Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Scheduling Support
- Manage the executive's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including drafting emails, memos, and other communications on behalf of the executive.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely follow-ups on tasks and deadlines.
- Create, edit, and format professional presentations and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Conduct research, gather data, and ensure accuracy and alignment with organizational branding.
- Collaborate with internal teams to obtain necessary content for presentation materials.
- Serve as a liaison between the executive and clients and partners.
- Professionally represent the executive during client-facing interactions during virtual meetings.
- Facilitate communication and ensure prompt resolution of client inquiries and concerns.
- Assist in planning and coordinating meetings, events, and client engagements.
- Prepare agendas, meeting notes, and action items as required.
- Ensure the smooth execution of presentations and client meetings.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in business administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Experience in preparing client-facing presentations or materials.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
