Passenger Transportation
- Safely transport passengers to their destinations while adhering to traffic laws, company policies, and established routes.
- Provide a professional, courteous, and customer-focused experience for all passengers.
- Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and other reasonable needs when necessary.
- Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off while maintaining a high level of service quality.
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure roadworthiness.
- Maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle.
- Report vehicle defects, accidents, or maintenance issues immediately.
- Ensure proper charging of the vehicle based on operational requirements.
- Follow preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate with Fleet Maintenance as needed.
- Strictly comply with all traffic laws, company policies, and transportation regulations.
- Practice defensive driving techniques to ensure passenger and public safety.
- Ensure passengers comply with safety requirements during the trip.
- Maintain a valid driver's license and all required certifications at all times.
- Report accidents, incidents, or traffic violations promptly following company procedures.
