Job Responsibilities

  • Dealer Recruitment
  • Implements effective strategies to attract potential dealers through various channels (e.g., tie-ups with LGUs, cooperatives, other organizations).
  • Implements recruitment-related intentional activities (IAs) according to a set schedule and guidelines (e.g. Ibalik and Sigla, H2H Connect, Progression Meeting, Recruitment Day).
  • Presents PC’s marketing plan, dealer development policy (career path of the dealer) products, and opportunities to potential dealers, compellingly and persuasively.
  • Relationship Management
  • Builds and maintains strong, lifelong relationships with dealers based on trust and mutual respect.
  • Provides personalized support and assistance to existing dealers, addressing their needs, concerns, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Proactively engages with dealers to develop a deep understanding of their personal and business goals, challenges, and opportunities, and provides tailored solutions to support their success.
  • Implements relationship management-related Intentional Activities (IAs), such as Heart-to-Heart, Progression Meetings, Appreciation Meetings, and Weekend activities, according to set schedules and guidelines.
  • Ensures strong collaboration and teamwork with other team members (e.g., HCR, IC, WC).
  • Dealer Onboarding and Training
  • Facilitates the onboarding process for new dealers and guides them through the necessary steps to becoming a Great Life Leader.
  • Provides comprehensive training and support to new dealers, including product training and direct selling techniques, to ensure they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to succeed.
  • Collaborates with internal teams (e.g., COE, Marketing, DFD) to develop and deliver onboarding materials, resources, and tools that streamline the process and facilitate a smooth transition for new dealers.
  • New Dealer Engagement
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for the new dealers.
  • Addresses questions and concerns of new dealers.
  • Conducts refresher activities (e.g., earning opportunities towards progression or promotion) regularly.
  • Facilitates a welcome party and product training for the new dealers.
  • Dealer Performance Monitoring and Analysis
  • Analyzes data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, and works collaboratively with existing and new dealers to capitalize on these opportunities (e.g Great Life Activity discussion).
  • Works closely with dealers to develop and implement effective direct selling plans and strategies to maximize opportunities and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitors and analyzes dealer performance metrics, providing feedback and guidance to help dealers optimize their revenue and overcome challenges.
  • Coaching and Training
  • Coaches existing dealers on dealer group management, dealership progression, and achievement of set personal vision and goals through Heart-to-Heart discussions.
  • Provides comprehensive training to existing dealers on product features, sales techniques, and effective marketing strategies to enhance their direct selling skills and drive sales growth.
  • Conducts regular training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching sessions with dealers to reinforce prospecting skills and provide support and guidance.
  • Collaborates with the Center of Excellence (COE) to develop training materials, tools, and resources tailored to the needs of dealers.
  • Sales Target Achievement, Analysis, and Reporting
  • Drives and monitors branch sales through effective dealer recruitment efforts (e.g. Barangayan, Branch, and Great Life Executive Recruitment Party, and Grand Recruitment Day.)
  • Tracks KPIs regularly and takes corrective actions as needed to achieve sales targets.
  • Prepares reports as needed (e.g uploading of iCheck requirements, monthly business review) and updates on recruitment activities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Operations Relieving Function
  • Relieves the Invoicing Clerk in the conduct of Order Processing, Daily Cycle Count, Daily Collection Deposit to the designated depository bank, and encoding of new recruits.
  • Others
  • Attends company-wide events, engagement activities, and team-building sessions.
  • Represents the department in cross-functional committees or projects as needed.
  • Follows all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications

Experience:

  • Preferably with experience in direct selling, sales, dealer recruitment, or similar work environment.

Educational Attainment:

  • Graduate of any four-year college degree, or at least two years of vocational or undergraduate studies.
  • Note: Candidates with two years of college or undergraduate education must have a minimum of two years of supervisory experience.

Skills and Certification:

  • Driven by a strong sense of mission and purpose.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage, build rapport, trust, and influence others.
  • Ability to cultivate relationships with individuals spanning various generations and

possessing diverse personalities.

  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated flexibility regarding assignment schedules and geographic locations.
  • Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficient in computer skills with foundational skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook,Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (docs, sheets, slides).
