Primary Responsibilities:

• Own and lead the Quality Assurance program for Maintenance and Engineering, ensuring compliance with aviation regulations and international standards, including oversight of third‑party maintenance and technical providers
• Lead internal and external audits, manage regulatory inspections, approve the annual audit plan, and act as a key interface with aviation authorities and OEMs to maintain certifications and regulatory standing.
• Oversee investigations into mechanical irregularities, incidents, and accidents; ensure effective corrective actions; and strengthen safety and risk management across maintenance and engineering.
• Conduct and oversee field audits of maintenance and ground operations, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage quality assurance for fuel operations, vendors, and depot inspections.
• Lead QA audit teams, embed quality systems across the organization, promote a strong quality and safety culture, and support airline expansion and fleet growth through robust governance.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Must be an engineering degree holder (Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent) Preferably a holder of an Aviation Maintenance Technician (AMT) license with airframe and powerplant ratings
  
  

Must have 10+ years of progressive experience in aviation maintenance, engineering, safety, quality assurance or airworthiness

Must have senior leadership experience in airline operations, aircraft maintenance organizations (AMO), engineering & maintenance governance, aviation safety & quality functions

Must have proven experience leading enterprise QA systems, regulatory compliance frameworks, audit and oversight programs, safety and risk management systems
