Key Responsibilities
- Oversee overall operational performance of restaurant branches nationwide.
- Develop strategies to improve sales, profitability, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.
- Lead multi-unit operations teams to achieve business targets and operational KPIs.
- Ensure consistent implementation of brand standards and operational procedures.
- Analyze operational and financial reports to identify business opportunities and risks.
- Lead expansion initiatives, store openings, and operational transformation projects.
- Strengthen leadership capability across operations through coaching and succession planning.
- Partner with support functions to ensure operational alignment and execution.
- Drive a culture of accountability, operational discipline, and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related course.
- At least 12 years of experience in restaurant operations.
- Minimum of 5 years in a director-level or equivalent leadership role.
- Must have experience in multi-branch casual dining operations.
- Strong exposure to high-volume restaurant environments and P&L management.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
