Remotee, through our sister company Recruit Sync, is seeking a highly experienced Digital Marketing Recruitment Resourcer to support an Australian recruitment agency client across the digital, eCommerce and performance marketing sectors.
This role will focus heavily on sourcing and engaging candidates for digital marketing, performance marketing and eCommerce roles — including Performance Marketing Specialists, Digital Marketing Managers, eCommerce Managers, Paid Ads Specialists, Growth Marketers, Digital Account Managers, Marketing Operations, CRM Specialists, Analytics Specialists and Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialists.
The role is suited to someone who is confident working in a fast-moving 180 recruitment environment, understands the digital and performance marketing talent landscape, and can support Australian recruitment consultants by identifying strong, relevant candidates quickly and professionally.
The candidate must have strong experience sourcing candidates across digital marketing, eCommerce, performance marketing, or related growth/marketing disciplines.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years' experience in recruitment as a resourcer.
- MUST HAVE 2+ years' experience supporting Australian recruitment agencies in the digital marketing, eCommerce or performance marketing sector.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, databases and ATS platforms.
- Experience using recruitment of ATS/CRM systems such as JobAdder, Source Whale, or similar.
- Strong candidate screening and interview coordination experience.
- Ability to write clear candidate summaries and shortlist notes.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple vacancies at once.
- AI-native, with the ability to use AI tools to improve sourcing, screening, candidate summaries, and workflow efficiency.
- Source suitable candidates for Australian client roles across LinkedIn, job boards, databases and referrals.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and qualifications.
- Manage job posting and optimization across platforms.
- Maintain candidate database and CRM data entry.
- Conduct initial email outreach and candidate engagement.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews.
- Research target companies and industries relevant to digital/performance marketing.
- Format and organise CVs/resumes.
- Manage candidate pipelines and prepare client-ready profiles.
