The Digital Health Officer is a key member of the operations team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of our virtual care services. This role involves coordinating daily activities with healthcare professionals (HCPs), managing escalations, and balancing stakeholder needs. You will use data to identify service improvements and help manage projects to maintain a high-quality experience for our patients and partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations with healthcare professionals (HCPs), analyze scheduling demand, and create quarterly HCP schedules.
- Address and resolve escalations from various stakeholders, including HCPs, patients, and corporate accounts.
- Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data to identify process improvements, and prepare client reports.
- Drive the implementation of data-informed solutions and track the completion of project milestones.
- Support the training, development, and engagement of the HCP network.

- Preferably with a bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge in Google Workspace applications
- Must work onsite in Makati City
