Primary Responsibilities:

Manage / Support Marketing Group, Loyalty, Data Privacy Office and Customer Care - related customer communication from various platforms (web, mobile web, app):

• Analyze, translate, and simplify requirements
• Manage, communicate, document requirements
• Investigate issues, escalate issues to relevant groups
• Propose cost efficiencies in the communications flow without sacrificing effectiveness
  
  

Generate insights from data leading to a deeper understanding of Cebu Pacific customers:

• Analyze data - statistical/financial, internal/external.
• Consolidate various information into cohesive reports for use in management decision-making.
• Present findings to the relevant group/s.
• Follow up on action items.
  
  

Understand and improve existing digital media and CRM processes:

• Automate and test communication journeys as well as reporting.
• Plan, organize and conduct CMG- process improvement projects.
• Conduct change impact analysis to assess the potential implications of changes.
  
  

Basic Qualifications:

• Must have at least 1 year of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other leading CRM platforms; familiarity with customer journey automation, campaign execution, and marketing technologies.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Marketing or Communication.
• Must be able to understand data, interpret insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; working knowledge of SQL, JavaScript, and HTML is an advantage.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable solutions.
• Must have a valid work visa or legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Note: This position is for an Individual Contributor and will be based in Pasay City, Metro Manila but currently follows a hybrid workplace flexibility arrangement.
