Responsibilities :
Performs all installations, upgrades, and backups of software and hardware applications. Repairs and conducts preventive maintenance of in-house personal computers and related systems. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems related to PCA's. Maintains records of repairs, downtime, changes and updates. Reviews input and output data to verify completeness, appropriateness, and accuracy of material required for data processing and related operations.
