This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.

Snapscale is looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Virtual Assistant – US Private Clinic Experience Required who can work remotely to support US-based dental practice. This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills, experience in dental administration, and the ability to provide excellent patient support while managing key front-office and insurance-related functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct insurance verification and benefits eligibility checks
- Answer inbound calls and assist patients with inquiries
- Follow up on appointment confirmations and reminders
- Schedule, reschedule, and coordinate patient appointments
- Maintain and update patient records in the EMR system
- Ensure accurate documentation and efficient patient coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to patients and clinic staff
