Job Description
- Responsible in the achievement of sales target in assigned region through monitoring the implementation and effectiveness of fleet transaction and dealer marketing activities.
- Collaborates and maintains a good working relationship with fleet customers, dealer principals, and other stakeholders to attain the set business goals.
- Conducts market and competitor analysis and develops strategies to increase the market share of Isuzu units in all dealerships.
- Prepares the annual budget proposal of the team and monitors utilization of the approved budget.
- Leads a team in the implementation of proposed strategic activities and provides constructive performance evaluation of each team member.
- Graduate of Business Management or related course.
- With at least 12 years of sales experience; experience in the dealer sales operations in the automotive industry is an advantage.
- With at least 3 years leadership experience.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrates strong business and financial acumen.
- Results-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
