Our Consumer Lending Cluster team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Davao City with the role of Dealer Coordinator (Auto Loans Dealer Generated).

In this role, you will help make EastWest the brand of choice among dealer-partners and agents in the VisMin region. You will be responsible for managing dealer relationships, converting referrals into successful bookings, and ensuring that all post-approval requirements are completed efficiently. You will also serve as the key link between the bank and auto dealers, driving customer satisfaction and business growth.

What The Role Will Entail

• Coordinate with dealer agents to ensure timely and accurate submission of complete documents and post-approval requirements
• Facilitate conversion of dealer agent-referred accounts into successful loan bookings
• Manage relationships with dealer partners by addressing issues promptly and maintaining consistent EastWest presence to drive loyalty and productivity
• Conduct competitive market scans to identify trends, recommend policy enhancements, and ensure achievement of volume targets
• Coordinate with dealer management on accreditation documentation and EORCR submissions
• Ensure compliance with AML policies and procedures, including KYC validation, record keeping, and completion of AML training requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any business-related field
• Prior experience in Auto Loans sales or operations preferred
• Strong customer focus and relationship management skills Results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability and initiative
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
