OVERALL PURPOSE:
We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Executive Assistant with at least 3 years of demonstrated administrative experience to provide top-tier support to Senior Directors and Vice Presidents. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support — the Senior EA acts as a strategy.

SKILL AND QUALIFICATIONS: • At least 5 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience • Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suites • Flexible to strong CL10’s only, not CL8

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Calendar & Priority Management: Own and optimize the calendars of Senior Directors/VPs, aligning scheduling with strategic business priorities; proactively resolving conflicts across multiple time zones and leadership teams.
- Executive Communication Management: Manage high-volume inboxes (200+ daily emails), prioritize and draft responses on behalf of leadership, and serve as the senior-level liaison between the executive and C-suite, board members, clients, and external partners.
- Complex Travel & Logistics: Plan and manage complex international and multi-city travel itineraries, including visa/passport requirements, security protocols, and VIP logistics.
- Board & Executive Meeting Support: Prepare briefing packages, board decks, and executive presentations; attend meetings as proxy when needed, capture decisions and action items, and drive follow-through.
- Business Context; Strong business Acumen to understand critical and time sensitive events and support the executive in planning and organizing
- Project & Program Management: Lead special projects and cross-functional initiatives on behalf of leadership; track milestones, coordinate workstreams, and report status to senior stakeholders.
- Budget & Financial Oversight: Manage departmental budgets, process purchase orders, oversee vendor contracts, and ensure financial compliance.
