Working pattern

This is a hybrid role based in Makati City , with the first 6 months spent in the office and working hours of 10 pm– 7 am Manila time. The wider role setup is aligned to the Philippines night shift model.

What you’ll be doing

Own the data inventory – Maintain a structured, reliable system of record across a wide application portfolio, ensuring every entry is complete, accurate, and consistently updated

Bring clarity to complexity – Translate stakeholder input into clean, structured records that stand up to audit, compliance and governance scrutiny

Keep everything current – Run regular validation cycles across global regions to ensure data ownership, classification and retention information stays accurate

Document how data moves – Maintain flow maps, lineage documentation and integration records so the business understands how data travels end to end

Work cross-functionally – Collaborate with IT, Legal, Security, Privacy and regional stakeholders to capture and validate information

Act as the onboarding checkpoint – Ensure new applications enter production with a complete and accurate data inventory baseline

Track and report – Monitor gaps, exceptions and progress, providing clear lifecycle reporting that supports compliance and leadership decisions

Support what’s next – Prepare the business for future governance tools by keeping data structured and migration-ready

You’ll help establish the enterprise data inventory as a trusted, central source of truth — supporting compliance, security, and operational decisions across Pax8. Your work will directly influence how data is managed globally, reduce risk, and enable smarter, faster growth.

What will help you thrive

Proven experience working with structured data inventories, registers or large datasets
Strong ability to organise, validate and maintain high-quality records
Confidence working with spreadsheets and reconciling data from multiple sources
Understanding of data classification, lifecycle concepts and governance principles
Experience collaborating across IT, compliance, security or legal environments
Comfortable working across time zones and following up with global stakeholders
Clear and structured communicator, able to engage confidently across seniority levels
Curiosity and interest in evolving data governance tools and technologies
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and helping bring order to evolving processes

Background checks
