Job Summary

The candidate will be responsible for RMA/RTV process with respective suppliers to meet the needs for UCT Factory (Mainly Malaysia & SEA). The candidate will be responsible for communicating with supplier get RMA, arranging RTV to suppliers with required documents preparation after materials dispositioned as RTV in MRB. This candidate shall work with supplier, SQE, Buyer and MRB coordinator.

RMA : Returned Material Authorization

RTV : Return to Vendor

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Support SQE/buyer and communicate with supplier to get RMA # once parts are determined as
• RTV from MRB team
• Coordinate RTV process to return materials to supplier with document preparation required.
• Communicate with logistics team to let them know RTV and required documents are ready.
• Communicate with MRB coordinator to close QN# once RTV is completed.
• Update RTV tracker and share RTV status to team (Buyer/SQE) regularly
  
  

Work Experience

• Ability for good written and verbal communication in English
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Software – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
• Fresh graduate is acceptable.
  
  

Educational/Certification Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
