What You’ll Do
- Provide customer support across multiple channels, including: live chat inbound phone calls email
- Assist customers with questions about loans, credit cards, transactions, and mobile app features.
- Handle concerns with empathy and accuracy, ensuring a helpful and respectful experience.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed.
- Document all interactions in our CRM system according to company standards.
- Contribute ideas to improve tools, processes, and the overall customer journey.
- Fluent in both Tagalog and English — written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills with a clear, customer-friendly tone.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed).
- Comfortable using a computer, navigating websites, and learning new tools.
- A proactive, curious, and customer-first mindset.
- No prior work experience required — we will train you.
