  • Handle a high volume of inbound calls while maintaining customer satisfaction and service quality.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and efficiently in the call center system.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure customer needs are met.
  • Stay updated with product knowledge and changes to deliver accurate information to customers.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent
  • Experience Level: 35 years in a customer service role, preferably in a call center
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal communication skills and active listening abilities
  • Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset
  • Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage stress effectively
