- Educational Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
