Meet the team:
Are you passionate about people and driven by the impact you can make? At Dexcom, our Customer Care Support team is at the forefront of empowering health. The queries, feedback and information that we get from having direct interaction with customers and patients lead to insights in making our product and services better in addressing the need. We are looking for an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our Customer Support team.
Where you come in:
- You will manage both incoming and outgoing communication (chat, email, phone), assisting customers with general enquiries and orders
- You will initiate outbound calls to follow-up with customers on returning faulty products
- You will manage Customer Account report maintenance
What makes you successful:
- You have 2-4 years of experience in a call or contact center role
- You have proven experience in administration and data entry
- You manage your time efficiently and maintain strong attention to detail.
- You are technically proficient and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Experience and Education Requirements:
- Typically requires a minimum of 2-4 years of related experience and a High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
