The Credit and Collection Officer (La Union) performs the ff. functions:
- Conduct analysis and monitoring of tenants’ accounts to ensure timely settlement of obligations.
- Address and resolve billing- and collection-related concerns of mall tenants in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of monthly billing statements prior to release.
- Monitor and facilitate the collection of monthly rental payments from mall tenants.
- Prepare and submit Accounts Receivable (A/R)-related monthly reports and schedules.
- Perform functions related to the management and liquidation of the Revolving Fund.
- With at least two (2) years of relevant experience in the field
- Strong background on Microsoft Office functions (Advance Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
- With SAP background is an advantage, but not requirement.
- Familiar with vlookup/pivot exel functions is an advantage, but not requirement
