The Corporate Sales Officer is a sales function responsible for bringing sales through corporate distribution channels. The assigned CS Officer shall lead, manage, and develop the assigned region/channel in line with the corporate objectives and vision. CS officer is also expected to provide deliver new business, handle renewal negotiations and manage aftersales escalations.

Position Responsibilities
- Effectively execute strategies and action plans on handling corporate accounts and lead generation activities.
- Meet the set targets in terms of APE, activation, account renewals and number of closed cases.
- Train and manage the region/channel to sell Group Insurance, Group Credit Life and Health products
- Build and execute process to ensure that Service Level Agreements for the delivery of corporate account and lead generation requirements are met.
- Build and maintain a professional and ethical relationship with the region/channel, in line with regulatory, industry and company standards.
- Sub-sector operations
- Reinforce various company communications and initiatives of Corporate Solutions through business reviews, roadshows and lead generation activities.
- Develop, implement, promote and monitor campaigns of Corporate Solutions.
- Supports the region/channel in conducting corporate training programs, client presentations and business reviews for existing clients.
- Ensure efficient delivery of services related to proposal generation, presentation and closing requirements and lead generation sales conversion.
- Manage aftersales escalations
- Handles New Business Acquisition
- Negotiates renewal business.
- With very strong sales background, preferably in the insurance / HMO industry.
- With three years or more relevant experience in sales, business development, training and agency management preferably in a life / HMO insurance setting
- Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power point)
- Has held key positions relevant to the requirement of the job
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies/ Administration / Economics / Management
- Life (Traditional) licensed
