Content Development Officer

What You’ll Do:

● Build eLearning courses using Articulate 360 according to template specifications
● Make editorial and formatting decisions related to course migration
● Ensure courses meet branding standards for format and eLearning experience
● Manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively and proactively
● Conduct course quality assurance reviews to ensure full functionality and accuracy
● Work with team members productively across geographic regions remotely
● Collaborate with program POCs and discuss innovative ways to present learning modules

What We’re Looking For:

● At least 1 year experience in a similar role
● Must be familiar with any eLearning authoring tools preferably Articulate 360
● Must be familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft applications
● Good knowledge of adult learning principles, bloom’s taxonomy, and kirkpatrick’s level of evaluation
● Strong knowledge with digital design, audio and video editing is also an advantage
● Strong experience in developing course materials, learning objectives, roadmap, and detailed instructions
● Must be familiar with BPO setup
