The Content Creator is responsible for conceptualizing, producing, and publishing engaging Facebook content that promotes the company's gaming products, campaigns, and brand presence. The role focuses on creating creative, entertaining, and informative content tailored to the interests of the gaming community, with the objective of increasing audience reach, engagement, follower growth, and overall content performance.
Responsibilities
Content Planning & Creation
Conceptualize, plan, and produce engaging Facebook content that promotes the company's gaming products, services, promotions, tournaments, events, and marketing campaigns.
Develop creative content ideas that resonate with gaming communities and encourage audience participation.
Write compelling Facebook captions, headlines, and call-to-actions that drive engagement and brand awareness.
Create content calendars aligned with marketing objectives and promotional activities.
Video & Creative Production
Produce and edit Facebook videos, reels, promotional clips, gameplay highlights, behind-the-scenes content, and other multimedia assets.
Create graphics, promotional banners, thumbnails, and visual materials that support Facebook campaigns.
Repurpose marketing materials into engaging Facebook content suitable for different audience segments.
Content Publishing & Optimization
Publish and schedule Facebook content using Meta Business Suite or other approved publishing tools.
Monitor and analyze Facebook content performance using metrics such as reach, views, engagement, shares, comments, and click-through rates.
Recommend content improvements based on analytics, audience behavior, and platform trends to maximize performance.
Trend & Community Engagement
Monitor Facebook trends, gaming news, viral content, memes, and online conversations to identify content opportunities.
Create timely and relevant content that reflects current gaming trends and community interests.
Coordinate with the Community Management team to support audience engagement through interactive and shareable content.
Campaign Support
Collaborate with the Marketing and Creative teams to develop content supporting product launches, promotional campaigns, gaming events, tournaments, livestreams, and brand partnerships.
Assist in covering company events and producing real-time Facebook content when required.
Job Requirements
Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar applications.
Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, Illustrator, or equivalent.
Strong understanding of Facebook content formats, algorithms, audience engagement strategies, and Meta Business Suite.
Ability to independently create high-quality videos, graphics, promotional materials, and visual assets optimized for Facebook.
Familiarity with Facebook Insights and performance analytics.
Basic photography and videography skills are an advantage.
Additional Qualifications
Strong understanding of Philippine gaming communities, Facebook user behavior, online culture, and digital trends.
Excellent English and Filipino/Tagalog communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong storytelling and visual communication skills.
Strong understanding of internet memes, gaming culture, esports, and entertainment-focused content.
Knowledge of online casino games, gaming platforms, esports, or iGaming products is an advantage.
Ability to identify content opportunities that encourage users to stop scrolling, watch, react, comment, and share.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven digital environment while managing multiple content projects.
A portfolio showcasing Facebook content, videos, graphics, promotional campaigns, or related creative work is required.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, Digital Media, Fine Arts, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least one (1) year of experience in content creation, social media management, digital marketing, or multimedia production.
- Experience creating and managing Facebook content for business or brand pages.
- Experience in the gaming, esports, entertainment, online casino, or iGaming industry is an advantage.
- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig City.
- Willing to work on a Monday to Saturday schedule
